Who processes your data
Pipim Ltd uses these sub-processors to run DQTrack. We remain responsible for what they do with your data. Each one is listed with what it does and why it needs access.

Changes to this list
We will tell you before we add or change a sub-processor, and you may object. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement in our Terms.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the list above. Uploaded documents are held in private storage and reached only through short-lived links — there is no public URL for a driver's medical card.
Some DOT forms carry a Social Security number. We never extract, index or store one as data. If a number appears inside a document you upload, it stays inside that document and nowhere else.
