DOT compliance for small fleets

Know what's missing from every driver file — before the auditor does.

DQ Track builds the full FMCSA requirement list for each of your drivers, watches every expiry date, and hands you an audit-ready file in one click.

The gap

Right now, the only place your compliance lives is somebody's memory.

Driver files in a cabinet. Expiry dates in a spreadsheet nobody updates. One person who knows that Mike's medical card runs out in March — and who is on holiday the week an investigator calls.

$1,000–$5,000 per driver

Missing medical certificate

$6,386 penalty

Missed Clearinghouse query

USDOT number deactivated within days

Missed MCS-150

None of that happens because you don't care. It happens because nothing tells you a date is coming.

How it works

Build the list, watch the dates, produce the file.

01

See every gap in one screen

Add a driver and DQ Track generates every document the regulations require for that driver — CDL or non-CDL, one licensing state or four. Green, amber, red. No interpretation needed.

02

Get warned while there's still time

One email a day, not ten. Sixty, thirty, fourteen and seven days before anything lapses — early enough to book the physical or pull the MVR.

03

Hand over a complete file in one click

An audit-ready PDF per driver, in the order the regulations list them, with a cover checklist. Anything missing is shown as missing, so nothing surprises you at the counter.

Price

$39 a month. Every driver, every truck, no per-file charge.

Most DOT file services charge $50 to $99 per driver. A ten-driver fleet pays them $500 to $990 — to build the files once. Nobody watches the dates afterwards.

DQ Track is $39 a month for the whole fleet, however many drivers you run. One avoided medical-card violation pays for two years of it.

Questions people ask before signing up

Is there a limit on drivers or trucks?
No. $39 a month covers the whole fleet, whether that is three drivers or thirty. Adding someone next month costs nothing extra.
Do my drivers need an account?
No. They get a link that works for seven days — no password, no app to install. They take a photo of the document and it lands in your review queue.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
You keep them. You can still sign in, open every document, and download the full audit export. Only adding or changing records needs an active subscription.
Does the trial need a card?
Yes. We email you two days before it ends, and you cancel in one click inside the app — never a phone call. Forget to cancel and get charged? Tell us and we refund it.
Do you cover intrastate-only carriers?
Not yet. DQ Track tracks the federal FMCSA requirements. If you run intrastate only, your state sets different rules and this is not the right tool for you.
